A brain child of Helsinkians Tellervo Kelleinen and Oliver Kochta-Kelleinen, has a giant choir singing a list of complaints in a public square. So if you are trouble getting your voice heard, gather a large group of friends to start a choir, go to City Hall, and bring your singing voices and your complaints.
